In total, McAirlaid’s operates five airlaid production sites in Germany and the USA. More than 100 processing machines are in use in order to serve the various segments of the market. We supply customers in over 70 countries. In addition to the main patent there are over 100 global patents, intellectual property to protect the brand, which build upon the SuperCore technology.

Three free graphics of our factories in Berlingeorde, Rocky Mount and Heiligenstadt were created for our 20-year jubilee.

McAirlaid‘s plus points:

The biggest airlaid producer manufacturing without adhesives or bonding agents.
Other manufacturers use approx. 20 % adhesives to bond the fibres.
The cellulose core is not blocked due to adhesives or bonding agents.
Greater absorption capacity compared to other absorbent cores. Greater absorption of fluids (g/m²), as no adhesive is used
Patented production method: Special thermo-mechanic fibre bonding.
High-level absorbency (also under pressure), very good fluid distribution.
Minimised material thickness.
Use of pure, fresh cellulose; recycled fibres are not used.
