Chops, minute steaks and goulash are often placed in MAP packaging together with the MeatGuard Special.
Whether large pieces of chicken breast fillets or half chickens our MeatGuard Special are each adapted to the differently required absorption line.
MeatGuard Special can be used for any type of fresh fish.
As shown in the table, we have many different absorption capacities for our MeatGuardSpecial. Depending on the application, different capacities are required. Absorption is indicated in ml/pad.
