This is the English translation of the term Médecins Sans Frontières and byword for the limitless readiness to help. The international organisation for medical emergency aid was founded on 21st December 1971 and is today the largest of its kind worldwide. This private aid organisation is often the last hope and always a blessing for sick and injured people in areas of crisis and war.
Godfrey Muyombya is lucky. He lives in Lwamaggwa, a village, in which the Uganda Circle Heiligenstadt e.V. is involved. When McAirlaid’s established a factory in Heiligenstadt, it heard about the project, which supports self-help. And this is how it came about that McAirlaid’s accompanies Godfrey today with a sponsorship towards the future.
In 2006 the second McAirlaid’s processing plant was established here in Thüringen. From that time onwards, we have been taking an interest in this parish of just 1,200, which we support with donations in kind time and again.
Here committed citizens help their town. And as our processing plant has been located here since 2018, we also feel connected to the town.
We have been following TV Jahn's sporting activities and offerings for over 10 years. Through our youth work, we have become increasingly interested in the club. Sport, and handball in particular, has the ability and potential to bring society together.
Sharing with each other. This is the philosophy of the German charitable foundation established in 1989. The foundation is known for its support of food banks for the needy. It follows the principle of distributing half of its aid in Germany and the other half abroad.
Playing, frolicking, making things …. Wherever children are active, this and that is needed. McAirlaid‘s is ready to give donations here.
Education improves future chances. Also and above all in Africa. And this is how the association Burundikids supports first and foremost the enhancement of the conditions for education. McAirlaid’s helps with regular donations.
Fire service personnel often risk their lives for other people. Those who do this on a voluntary basis not only deserve our highest respect but also very practical support. Our donations should contribute towards safeguarding good working conditions.
