Beef grades (Prime, Choice or Select) are the standard for various quality levels of beef cuts. MeatPad helps ensure that no matter the grade, your cut stays true.
As the most versatile protein in the world, MeatPad is ideal for pork chops, pork belly, pork steak, ground pork, loin roast, pork rib roast, shoulder, ribs, and tenderloin packaging.
Whether it is lamb, hogget or mutton MeatPad will absorb all purge from any cut. Ideal for flank, shank, breast, ground, leg, loin, shoulder or rack cuts.
MeatPad can absorb excess moisture and whey within the package perfectly while preserving the quality and freshness of packaged cheese such as Blue Cheese.
Depending on the application, different absorption is required. As shown in the table, MeatPad absorption can be customized for any protein group ranging from low (7 g) to high (61 g).
